1. How does the “Free Card Opening” program work?
The Fusion Card has a standard $9 opening fee, which you pay upfront. Coin98 will refund the $9 to the first 2,000 users after the campaign ends, once your card is successfully activated.
To qualify for the card opening refund, please make sure to complete your Travel Rule update. After paying the card opening fee, tap the Top Up button to update your Travel Rule information, then press Continue. (No actual top-up is required.)
2. When will receive my cashback reward>
Cashback rewards will be distributed after the campaign ends and all qualified transactions are verified. Within 14 days from the campaign end, Coin98 will announce the eligible users and the list of the first 2,000 users. Rewards will then be topped up directly to your card within 14 days from the announcement of the eligible list.If you secure an FCFS slot and meet the tier requirements, rewards will be top up directly to your card.
3. How do I know if I’ve secured an FCFS cashback slot?
You can track your progress and see if you qualify for a cashback tier on the campaign page at campaign.coin98.com. Tier capacity is limited, so the earlier you participate, the higher your chance to secure a reward.
4. Do reversed or refunded transactions count toward the spending requirement?
No. Only successful and completed transactions within the campaign period count toward your Monthly Active Spend (MAS).
5. Do all types of payments count toward the spend requirement?
Yes - any transaction made with your Fusion Card at Visa-supported merchants counts, including offline, online, and international purchases.
6. When does the campaign end?
The campaign ends either when:
- All FCFS slots are claimed, or
- The time period ends 20 Dec 2025, whichever comes first.
